Enoc Perez Screenprints

This past week was Print Week in NYC hosted by the International Fine Print Dealers Association IFPDA. The event focused on “printmaking and its vitality as an artistic practice through the ages.” I was able to make it to the Editions Artists’ Book Fair, and the IFPDA Print Fair at the Armory and was really inspired by some of the work. The first series that grabbed my attention was Enoc Perez’s print series titled Teatro Popular, Niteroi, Brazil (above) which was created by screenprint with acrylic hand additions.
